Live Scan
Live Scan is an inkless, electronic means of capturing fingerprints in a digitized format to positively identify a person biometrically, confirming their unique identity for criminal background checks prior to employment, licensure, or certification. Live Scan is a state-run system administered by the California Department of Justice (DOJ).
FBI Channeler
As a FBI Channeler, we expedite FBI criminal background records for security clearances, visa and travel requirements, adoptions or other needs. You can get your FBI criminal history record (Identity History Summary Report) as a PDF in less than 24 hours. Printed reports via the U.S. Mail are delivered in about 5 to 10 days.
Notary Public
Commissioned by the California Secretary of State, we offer notary public document signing services to North San Diego County. We have extensive experience with notarizing power of attorney, advanced health care directives, jurat, last will and testament prepared by an attorney, acknowledgements and many other documents.

Expertise & State-of-the-Art Equipment
With many years of fingerprinting experience and our state-of-the-art equipment we provide quality prints that helps to prevent rejection during your background check. Our FBI Channeling service expedites your Identity History Reports.
Fast and Efficient
The process to roll all ten fingerprints usually takes just 10 to 15 minutes depending on the quality of your prints. We also offer the FD-258 ink hard cards required for some permits and applications.
Appointments & Walk-ins Available
Walk-ins only at our East Oceanside/Vista office located on Oceanside Blvd. near College Avenue. Appointments required at our West Oceanside/Carlsbad office located on El Camino Real just off the 78 in Oceanside.
Mobile Appointments
Mobile notary appointments are available through our sister business, Moonlight Mobile Notary.
Saturday Special
Receive a $5.00 discount on my Live Scan services when you schedule an appointment (no walk-ins) at my West Oceanside office. Saturday discount not applicable to corporate and group accounts.
Other Discounts
A military discount of $5.00 will be provided with your military ID (one discount per customer). Corporate and group discounts are available with convenient billing for all my services. Call for more information.

I will travel to you, whether it's your place of business, hospital, school, home, or other meeting place. Based out of Oceanside, California, Luna Live Scan + Notary serves north San Diego County. While mobile notary services are available, I am not doing mobile Live Scan at this time.
