National Air Transportation Association (NATA)

Since 9/11 in 2001, when terrorists infiltrated our country and gained access to aircraft, our government has implemented Federal Aviation Regulations for Aviation Security that now require a Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) on all unescorted aircraft personnel. This involves reviewing their identity evidence and scanning their fingerprints for the CHRC.

I am a certified Trusted Agent who has passed the special training and certification required by the National Air Transportation Association Compliance Services (NATACS) since July 2022. I am qualified to scan fingerprints of individuals who work in positions that require unescorted access to aircraft, such as pilots, student pilots, foreign pilots, aircraft attendants, aircraft mechanics, luggage handlers, cargo handlers, and many other positions. I have been trained to carefully review their government-issued identification and documents. Our digital scanner is maintained according to specifications and is operated by uploading fingerprints. We also have an ink fingerprint backup.

Our two Oceanside locations are located close to Carlsbad Airport and Oceanside Airport, both within a 15 to 20-minute drive. We are open six days a week by appointment only. We are proud to be the only independent Trusted Agent in Southern California, and we meet the professional standards required to scan prints for CHRC. We are very proud to partner with NATACS.
